2. How to Start a Return

Returning an item is simple.

Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Approved returns should be shipped within 14 days after receiving your return authorization.

3. Refunds

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.

If your return is approved:

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product.
