The Mimbreno sugar bowl in maroon and white is part of the original service. When Mary Colter designed the Mimbreno pattern for the Fred Harvey Company’s Super Chief dining cars in 1937, the complete table service included every functional piece. The maroon and white palette is the original, drawn from the brick red and ivory of ancient Mimbres pottery. Vitrified ceramic, restaurant-grade, handcrafted in Tucson by HF Coors.
